CCR 052: Disclosure with Josh Peck

ep052

For many who are labeled “fringe” Christians, it’s difficult to bring up topics like the Nephilim and End Time Prophecy with family, friends, and fellow believers. They consider such believers to be “out there” or  even “crazy.” But the simple truth is that so called “fringe” Christians are more in tune with the Bible and the Word than most perceive. Disclosure: Unveiling Our Role in the Secret War of the Ancients, written by author Josh Peck is proof. In it, Peck meticulously takes a step by step approach to explaining why such taboo topics are not only important, but highly relevant in the world we live in today.

In this episode, Basil and Gonz speak to Josh Peck and dig into the various elements of his book to discover the importance of laying down a good foundation of truth. They discuss topics from salvation, forgiveness and grace, to the Nephilim, UFOs, and the End Times Deception.

Thanks Jo, enjoy, take care and God bless!

Hi guys! Listening to his concept of salvation, I have a question. How was Abraham saved? Faith and it was counted on to him as Righteousness, and he entered a covenant with GOD. (about 400- 450 yrs. before Moses and the Law) How is everyone saved today in this dispensation of Grace? Faith, but we are given a gift by faith! If it were works, it would no longer be by Grace (UNMERITED FAVOR with GOD!!)When by Faith you receive the Words of GOD who BTW is Jesus the Logos you enter organically into Jesus Body he being the Head with many members/parts. You MUST place your complete Trust IN Christ=who He is, what He did and Where He went to The Right Hand of GOD in all Power and Glory! BTW He shares this Righteousness and Glory and all HIS things (and everything is His!)with His BODY. You can’t be unborn from above. You can rebel as the prodigal son did, but you suffer loss as he did, but remain a son! Our covenant is LOVE, Abraham and Israel is by “keeping”. Who is Matthew speaking to? Who is Paul speaking to? Paul says he was appointed by Jesus (and taught) as the Apostle to the Gentiles, the others agreed they were sent to the Jews/covenant peoples, they speak as and to “servants; we are the “children of GOD!(as IN HIS SON, the Only Begotten, not made of the Father). Acts.27:15,16,esp.18&23 He tells of Jesus appearing to him and the position given to him. He went first to his brethren, then both gentile and brethren and then by the end of Acts. he admonished them they were blind stiff necked and would NOT hear, but a people (gentiles) they would hear and receive! Acts.27: he declares to his brethren that their hearts had waxed gross! vs.28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. It was to the Jew 1st, then to the gentiles. Many of both believed and were saved and the gentile GRACE church was born conceived! A good study of Paul’s Gospel to the gentiles would stop the confusion. He was appointed by Jesus Himself to be the Apostle to the gentiles. Matt. etc. speaks of covenants, law KINGDOM promises these thing were NEVER to the gentiles! They were “outside” the covenant. GOD’s covenant was not made void to the Jews HE will fulfill it and bring in HIS earthy Kingdom and Jesus the rightful heir will sit on it’s throne and Rule. Rightly divide the Word of GOD; who, what, why and where and it will not end up a Gospel of Grace mixed with Law! Our dear brother in Christ should pray and study more and ask the HS to show him the scriptures. I think if he desires he could really learn a great deal at Pastor David Picos D.D. ministry @ Lion and Lamb Ministry II Cor.5:18-20 Minister and Ambassador for Christ in the Ministry of Reconciliation. That is our calling, our purpose to let all men know what our hope, Grace is! GOD reconciling all mankind to Himself if they would receive! I say this humbly and with no haughtiness!!! I could not believe what I began to learn as I yielded to the scripture and allowed the HS to begin teaching me through dear Pastor David. So much garbage to clean out and so much scripture to put in; so much garbage from the Traditions of men. I am saved by Grace through Faith IN Christ alone, not anything I could do, or not do because I can’t do either absent from the HS enabling me and my yielding to Him. Even GOD says he gave me the Faith to believe! BTW you can not, not have a relationship with GOD/Jesus after being born from above. Even if the poorest carnal one. Like ICor.3:11-15 says “15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.” we will give an account for how we lived IN Christ. We shall receive, or suffer loss rewards. When we sin we have an advocate/our lawyer Jesus He holds our BC written in His blood and we need to quickly confess(line up with GOD) that what we just did is unworthy of our call and may make a weaker brother fall,or stumble as we just did, but to get back into proper fellowship (esp. since we have an enemy waiting to devour us! Remember Repent is Grk. for “a change of mind”, what are you relying on + Jesus to get, or keep you saved! Hurry change your mind 🙂 Jesus said “it IS FINISHED! He fulfilled the law for us and we entered IN Him and we were sealed by the HS. Like the Ark that GOD himself called them (Noah) into and then HE sealed them in!! Thanks for letting me share my thoughts. I apologize if I misunderstood any of his thoughts.

    1. Hey Linda. Thanks for the comments. I can’t speak for Josh, and I can’t speak into the “once saved always saved” concept too much since I have not done enough study on it.

I would imagine just from my logic that once someone decides in their heart to ask Jesus to be their Lord and Savior, they can’t ever lose that salvation, even if they decide to reject it later in life and become atheists or whatever.

But on the other hand, it’s my opinion that it’s not for us to determine but is between the individual and God. God is a just God and so if someone turns away from God and says, “I rescind my free gift of salvation…I simply don’t want it!” God may end up honoring them with that request. Again, without an in depth study on the subject, I can’t say for sure.

But I will say that 2 Thessalonians 2:3 talks about a great apostasy, or rebellion against God that will occur during the end times when the antichrist is revealed. In those days, it may very well be that someone who called themselves a Christian who decides to take the mark of the beast and worship the beast will lose their salvation.

It’s interesting when you see verses like this one…

Rev. 20:15 And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

      and

Rev. 17:8 The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beas

It seems as though these are people whose names were never written in the book of life. However, there are passages like this one…

Exo. 32:33 The LORD replied to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against me I will blot out of my book.

This shows that the names were once written, but God blotted it out.

And then another promise from Jesus Himself

      Revelation 3
Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you. Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not soiled their garments, and they will walk with me in white, for they are worthy. The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.”

So I guess it’s a matter of more study, but it seems like there are three categories.

      1. Those whose names were never written
      2. Those whose names ARE written
      3. Those whose names will be blotted out

So again, I haven’t done enough study on this, but this is what I can come up with for now.

Anyways, always appreciate your comments, thoughts etc. Blessings.

      Gonz

      1. Josh

Those are some awesome points, Gonz. I replied to someone with similar concerns in the Josh Peck thread in The Wire. Linda, if you check that out it might answer some more of your questions perhaps. God bless you in your search for the truth and thank you for you questions. Take care!

      2. Linda

Hi Gonz…Of the 3 groups, there are those created by GOD, accounted for in HIS book of life; those who receive HIS only provision for re-birth, born from above through the shed blood atonement of Jesus Christ who rose to Glory because sin could not hold him=written in the Lambs Book of Life; those who He never knew who hear a word of truth, or maybe even watered but the cares of the world, dry that seed out and Satan snatches it away so to speak, it can’t grow into faith and come to life in the Son. They may look the part, but their heart never really Believed and Trusted in the Lord for His complete, eternal salvation.

GOD has an appointed time and HE knows when that last person of “that” time will enter Into Jesus’s Body and the Grace period is OVER and Law takes up with the Jews and the Sabbath they would not keep, (ultimately rest in Jesus) and those 7 last yrs of judgment,Jacobs trouble is dealt with, and the judgment of the nations for how they treated His People He called out for Himself, an for their rejection of HIS gift of eternal life and taking Satan instead!

Those fence huggers, those who were confused, or instructed poorly, etc. will have an opportunity to change their minds(Repent), but what an ordeal w/o Grace, the HS present for special anointing, but not sealed by the HS. Under deceit and great delusion, hunted by the antichrist, demons present and all the judgments coming down. Jesus said when I come will I find faith? Better to seek Him while He may be found! Yes only GOD knows the wheat from the tares, so we treat everyone we are concerned about who show little spiritual life as maybe not saved and pray for them along with the lost, share Christ with them. Some take until their last breath, some are saved, but just plain carnal and never grow (babes in Christ)maybe for lack of ambition, or maybe like ADHD-ADD people they struggle to just get by! I have 3 like that in my life! Life alone for them is a battle, and for those in their life quite a stumbling block to their walk! LOL TGFG!! (I didn’t get you reply, but saw it in one I got from Josh) weird 🙂

BTW different subject, but came across a video on Seed of Satan=Cain/Eve. I was having a deep conversation on Cains Mark vs. mark of the beast and a bulb went on in my brain re. was the “Beguiled Eve”, more than we were taught and did Satan impregnate Eve and Cain was wicked/evil in his heart and slew his brother because Abel followed GOD’s plan and Cain seemed to be following something else. The video producer bothered me, but some of the things stated were quite interesting for further study. There’s definitely more to GOD’s Word than meet a first glance approach! Seems the things GOD showed men like Daniel and then said seal up until the end are now becoming open to us. There’s been a strong secular conspiracy to keep things hidden from us and some Christian men earlier had only so much light for the times. I don’t recall which one of you also had those same thoughts and shared with me, but I started to think it has been known of women who had 2 different men’s babies in one conception. Eve would not know then who’s! She could then say GOD has given me a son, or however it is stated exactly. (There were a lot of twins born! 🙂 Nothing would surprise me any more with what we are learning. This seed is already here and it could be in a “bloodline” maybe of Cain! Goodnight and thank you for your responses I appreciate them!

The names blotted out are those who never receive HIS Son/Grace through Faith. They were created, but under Adam and never receive that Gift of Grace so blotted out. They were dead to begin with (Adam) and then never come to life through Jesus=IN Christ. Its more than asking Jesus into our dead, wicked hearts (GOD said they were wicked!)we have to be IN Him, where we then are imputed as righteous. He is our covering and the old man is dead, but that cursed flesh is still clothing us and we are in a war with it until we die, or are caught up to be with the Lord! Grace wins that Battle! 🙂
I was very sincere re. studying under Pastor David Picos D.D.@ Lion and Lamb Ministry. Start with the Rev. Series 1st “The Churches” I know you will find it interesting. Be ready to dig into scripture, because he will have you verifying every point from Old to New! So you can thoroughly see for yourself. Listen to the “Rules” we are all in a journey of finding Truth and studying about our Father and HIS Son with the HS guidance 🙂

        1. Linda

oops my long rambling I didn’t see where I popped something in between paragraphs when re reading! Good thing you guys are light hearted!! My “run on” everything. 🙂

  3. Linda

OH! I wanted to also say there is defind “church”. Not everything is the Church”. There’s also synagogue and assemblies. An assembly can be any group meeting, like even a baseball game. You do Not loose your salvation if you truly are placing your trust in what Jesus did for the “world” Jn 3:16-17 and you personally receive it for yourself as “covered by the blood and imputed with righteousness.

King James Bible is the closest to the masoric manuscripts and does not differ in any doctrinal way, very few words. You can not say that for the others and I would not trust a bible translation with a Lesbian involved, or 3-4th cent. manuscripts when priests etc. from India under Platonism/Roman Catholicism etc. were involved. Its written in an 8th grade level! Id rather read through KJB and know I do not have a translation by men like Wescott and Hort (NIV) who dabbled in Mysticism and séances! Had a club and recruited young Oxford men to be their guinea pigs o contact spirits. Watered down translations omitting the deity of GOD/Jesus and copyright laws where they must remove at least 10% material and use that to remove whole scripture verses and change with vague pronouns etc. to elude to New Age terms like the “One”, or making Satan the Star of the Morning, when he’s the morning star and Jesus is the Bright and Morning star! It may be easier to purchase cheap dishes then pay the price for china, but I would rather take the harder route to have the better item! I think I better quit. I had paused the audio as I am go through some math rules for Home Sch. for 8th grade math starting up soon. Every time I turn him back on I get a red flag by some other statement. I guess I will agree to disagree and pray for us both!

    1. Thanks again Linda.

I think Josh’s point was to not necessarily hold onto any one translation, but rather always dig into the original text.

I certainly do. I don’t have a single go-to translation because I always check the original language the best I can…even confiding in people like Doug Hamp who knows the languages…

Just the other day, we were having lunch, and I was doing some study with him and he asked me to pull up the pure Greek text from my Bible software…I can’t read Greek but it was easier for him to identify the word we were looking for that way…

      Gonz

    2. Josh

Thanks Linda. Yes, I put emphasis on going tot he original manuscripts to gain understanding of the original meaning. In my book I quote from the KJV for the benefit of the majority and because it is the translation I am used to in study. Thank you for you inquiry.

  4. Jonny

Guys I’m flattered that you included my voicemail in the show. Made working on a national holiday a little more bearable 🙂

I’ve experienced sleep paralysis a number of times, but their was one that was truly awful, and definitely was not benevolent. Was interesting to hear you talk a little about it too!

    1. Josh

      Hi Jonny,

I too have experienced sleep paralysis many times since I was a child. It is never easy, but the power and authority in the name of Jesus can make it stop. If you would like to talk more about this, please do not hesitate to write me at joshpeckdisclosure@gmail.com or PM me on facebook. I know this can be a difficult and scary thing to deal with at times, but there is a way out. It is all in the name of Jesus. He gives you authority over the enemy. Thank you for your comment. Take care and God bless, Jonny.

      1. Jonny

Hi Josh, thanks for that. I have not experienced severe sleep paralysis since I was a teenager. Though occasionally I still do, but very mildly.

  5. Danny

I will continue to seek understanding about the once saved always saved idea, but here is something that really resonates with me. I am not the one saving myself and if Jesus saved me it is not because i am somehow worthy or somehow by reason of all I do keeping myself saved. It is Jesus who saved me according to His Grace in the first place, and it is Him who keeps me saved. Additionally, how do we know when we are no longer saved? Is it when we are in the pit of some debauchery? How long do we have to be there? Are we fit to judge that we have suddenly become too bad for Jesus to maintain our salvation? I may be wrong but I venture to suggest that once you are really saved it is impossible to reject Jesus because of the permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Even if the flesh continues in flesh, the Spirit of God cannot deny itself. A person who walks in Christian circles as a Christian and then rejects Jesus because of some “change of heart” may in fact never have been saved in the first place……………..mind you I could be wrong but just wanted to share this perspective, and for me this idea actually keeps me trying to avoid sin, rather than make me feel I am at liberty to do so.

    1. Josh

You are absolutely right Danny. The main thing I was going after in the show is the version of the once saved always saved doctrine that says you can repeat an empty prayer with an unbelieving heart, continue to live in sin, and have true salvation. People who buy into this false doctrine, in my honest opinion, are not saved to begin with. As far as someone having true salvation and the possibility of losing it…if it is possible, works would have nothing to do with it. It is not a matter of how much or how little you sin because Jesus’ blood covers all that, it is all about where a person is in their relationship with God. I don’t believe this happens very often, but if a truly saved person ever got to the point that they decided they did not want salvation anymore out of a hatred for God, I believe that God would honor that request since we still have free will. Now, as I said, I don’t think this happens very often, if even at all, and I am still not 100% sure this is how God handles it, for me it is just a belief and not a doctrinal teaching. As I say in my Disclosure DVD Series on the topic, I don’t know for absolute sure that its possible to lose true salvation, but I know I wouldn’t chance it. But again, the main idea I wanted to get across in the show on this topic was not if one could lose their salvation, that was just a bit of a side-note. The main idea was to show the falsities of the once saved always saved doctrine, especially the version I spoke out against, because in my opinion it does not produce real salvation. This is the version that a lot of prosperity preachers teach and it is not Biblical. I wrote some rather lengthy answers to someone in the thread concerning much of this, if you have any other questions or would like to read more about my position, it is in The Wire on this site under the Josh Peck thread in the forum. But basically Danny, it sounds like you already have a great handle on it and I do absolutely agree with you…if one can lose salvations, it would not be mere sin that would do it (though of course this does not give us license to sin), it would be such an act of rebellion and hatred that it would be past the point of no return for the individual, past the point they would ever want to accept God again, if that were even possible. Thanks for the comment Danny. Take care and God bless.

      1. Linda

This concept of loosing your salvation bothers me a LOT! I don’t think people should make DVD’s when they are not 100% certain from scripture that they are revealing truth!

When you are struggling with a concept of such importance you should seek the Lord privately until you have a solid conclusion. This is NOT edifying to the Body at all and stresses esp. young believers beyond measure!

I always wondered why grace and law mixed was always prevalent in the “radio” teachings and TV etc. until I was led by the Lord to Lion and Lamb Ministry as I mentioned and started to learn how to rightly divide the Word of GOD. The basic rules of Who, When, and where. Who is speaking and to whom and what timeframes etc.

Even the Gospels are not listed in chronological order as they happened. The “teachers do a terrible job of teaching!

In church bldgs. with the Church present and visitors it should always be presented to the Body of Christ for edifying and learning. The visitors who are either being drawn by the HS, or whatever the reason will either be interested in more, or not. It should not just be left to Bible study groups, but whenever the body meets. If you miss tapes should be made available for a small fee, or out of the budget for free.

A shallow prayer not out of true repentance “a change of mind” of course is not a true salvation! Salvation is of a Faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of GOD. A belief in His divinity, His pure blood atonement for “you”, His Resurrection from the dead to Glory and that atonement placed on the mercy seat/altar in Heaven. An understanding that you are DEAD in your sin from Adam’s curse on all mankind from him to YOU!. A need for a savior because you see your vile true self worthy of nothing!!!! Condemned to both physical and Spiritual DEATH! NOTHING you can do, and NOTHING you don’t do can save you. You are eternally lost w/o Christ. Once you see and accept that and you see Jesus as your ONLY HOPE and you receive that you are saved ETERNALLY, not temporarily saved until you slip up, or rebel, or even walk away. GOD will NOT leave HIS Son’s BODY in that state. Its NOT for us to decide how long a prodigal son remains in that state. Its GOD’s actually the HS job to get you back on track and He will! If someone remains in that state then they never really Believed and received Grace through Faith! We are not weeders in the garden of GOD! GOD reaps the Harvest. When I was Catholic as a young girl/women I did not agree with all the JUNK and left the High Sch. and the Church finally. I was angry at GOD because if HE was Catholic I wanted nothing to do with HIM! I married and became a Lutheran (my father was Lutheran my mother was an Episcopalian convert to Cath.)She was divorced young(an abusive man and remarried)I was nada to the church. One thing was certain, I knew who Jesus was and I believed He was the only savior. That’s the thing I fought against in Cath. I got involved in astrology mid-late 60”s and had some experiences with spirits and audio communication, but GOD did not leave me there in that state and drew me to HIM! I received The Late Great Planet Earth(Hal Lindsey) a from a co-worker and invited to a home bible study. I was on my way to truth and Grace through Faith! I lived a wild life for many years and then one day it all clicked and came together and I truly deep in my soul ME believed and placed my complete confidence in Christ and the HS witnessed in my spirit I was Born from Above, not because I did anything “right”, but because my Savior DID and said It is Finished, complete Salvation for ME! I rest in GRACE, unmerited Favor with GOD because of what Christ did and I try to live worthy of my calling, but most of the time I fall very short. Thank GOD that’s not what keeps me saved, but it is Christ alone that keeps me saved! He is pure, He is GOD and He placed me IN His Body safe and imputed me Righteous and sealed me IN Him until He safely gets me home.

Thank you for letting me share some of this, but until you get the “I” out you will toss to and fro and not Rest IN Christ!

I pray for all of us that we will see what Paul has said about us and our standing and that the HS will help us, both walk worthy and be Ambassadors for Christ! II Cor. 5:18-20 We follow Paul’s Gospel and glean from the rest of GOD’s Words. We are the Grace Church, The Mystery Hidden in GOD Before the Foundations of the World! 🙂

        1. Josh

God bless you Linda! I think we are agreeing here more than might be realized. The only point of difference I see is that you say if a person remains living in total sin without a change, they were not saved to begin with, and I say it is possible at that point hey lost their salvation. But I agree, more than likely in that scenario, they were not saved to begin with. Whether or not it is that or they lost it, it is inconsequential because the end result is still the same. This is why it is not at all something I struggle with. Whether or not it is an issue of losing salvation or never having it to begin with, if we are truly saved in Christ and endure until the end, we have nothing to worry about. This idea of losing salvation really isn’t anything to be bothered by because it is basically the same as the idea of never having salvation, either way it is the same end result and either way it is something we will not have to worry about if we are in Christ Jesus. I can see both sides and give both side equal acknowledgement as being correct. It could be either one. But again, in the grand scheme of things, it really doesn’t matter…th end result is still an unrepentant person who is not saved…whether because they weren’t to begin with or they lost it, it could go either way. But I think focusing on that one difference (which again, isn’t really a difference because I’ve admitted either one could be correct) and throwing out all the rest would be a mistake. The fact of the matter is it sounds like we agree on everything else. In my dvd, it is not something I was teaching, it was a side-note while talking about people who are not saved to begin with, just like in my book, just like in this show, and just like in all my posts here. It is not something I, nor you or anyone else should, ever struggle with because I know it is something we who are truly saved ever have to worry about. If it were possible to lose my own salvation (and note I say “if” ) it would take such a drastic change of heart, I would have to hate God so much that I didn’t want His salvation anymore, and since I still have free will I believe He would honor that request…but I know that will never happen because I love Him more that anything and nothing in this world will ever break that love. It is the same for you and anyone else reading/listening that is truly saved. It has nothing to do with works or sin or anything like that. If we love Him enough to overcome until the end, then we have nothing to worry about. So again, please don’t allow that one detail to ruin everything else we share in common…it is kind of like the timing of the rapture belief…in the end, if we’re prepared, it really doesn’t matter because Jesus is coming back, all we have to do is be prepared. But if I am pretrib and another is posttrib yet we agree on basically everything else, it would be a shame to allow one minor point of difference that could go either way anyway to ruin the rest and cause division. I hope this helps explain my position a little better. I know this can be a sensitive issue, and that’s why I say repeatedly throughout my book and in this show, don’t take my word for it. Search the scriptures for yourself and in prayer to see the truth God leads you to. I have my belief on the matter, but I don’t know everything, I am human, and I could be wrong on certain things, just like the rest of us. Again, I say God bless you Linda, and may God lead you in your search for truth. Don’t ever let anyone else but God Himself be your guiding light to truth and You can’t go wrong. Take care, and thank you again for your comment 🙂

          1. Linda

Josh “it is inconsequential” I beg to fifer. IT is absolutely consequential. There’s No Blessed Hope of something that is given to you by GOD even the Faith to believe, the scripture says, and then it can easily be discarded and absolved! Who is doing the saving and who is keeping the believer who is sealed? It goes against scripture. The over comers are the believers. They over came sin and death through Christ by Grace through Faith. A sinner who never believes is absolutely different! They never tasted salvation. Where else would you go to be saved? You can not grasp the wonder and Love that has been given to a believer by GOD, placing you IN the Son and then change your mind! How weak GOD is and Christ that they could not keep a true believer and the new life given a sinner who was dead to GOD, didn’t desire GOD, nor the things of GOD, didn’t remain alive and died on the vine.

These things are serious=Salvation, being born from above=new life, alive to GOD rejecting the curse of death and choosing life through Jesus! This is not in the category of the Rapture, pre, mid, post Great Tribulation. On that if you are saved you go up, or you die in the flesh and go up. Unbelievers just go down/damned in their dead flesh, spirit remaining dead either way.

I think on this we agree to disagree, but re. DVD’s I am referencing putting a guess in a concrete source whether speech, or technology.

Its sad that a new Christian or someone searching reads Paul’s Gospel to the gentiles, outside of the covenant people, learning of the Grace given and a appointed time and then read Matthew etc. written to the covenant people; promises that are still to be fulfilled and speaking of the Kingdom they were promised by GOD’s covenant also an appointed time and not discerning the difference. Seeing Saved, then seeing keeping the law to be saved, or loosing it. Never resting in Grace. Heavenly vs. earthly. (Why did Jesus appoint and teach and send Paul to the gentiles and forbid the other Apostles from going to the Gentiles? They all met and agreed Paul would go to the Gentiles and they would go to their Bretheran.) In the end there would be no division, but “one new man” and a heavenly outcome. Thanks for your input. We obviously have been taught differently. I don’t know if you would feel led to visit Lion and Lamb (several under that name so its Pastor David Picos D.D., but I am almost certain you would enjoy the in depth study by him 🙂

          2. Linda

Oh I need to clarify something I said. All who are saved must come by Faith, whether Jew or gentile. Abraham came by faith and all believers looking forward to that Heavenly Kingdom before Jesus, not made by hands who’s builder and maker is GOD. GOD is in the process of making one new man. Matthew is also talking of the Great Tribulation, the Dreadful Terrible Day of the Lord (Jacob’s trouble). Those in that period will not be under Grace, but when this dispensation (appointed time)Grace Church/believers are caught up to be with the Lord (not appointed to wrath) all the world will be back under the law,and finish out the last 7yrs of judgment (paused since taken into Babylon and released)they will have the HS present, but not in them, “anointing’s for a special task” ex. like in Old testament,David said to God because of his sin “take not thy HS from me” they will have to keep themselves and overcome. Like “Keep looking up”, that’s another one. Its for them” as they are in the GREAT TRIBULATION and the world is coming apart before their eyes. The Israelites realizing they rejected their messiah Jesus after the 2 witnesses and the 144,000 Jewish witnesses from the 12 tribes of Jacob, they call out for Him who they pierced to come save them and then Jesus comes. Those who come to faith during that period, non Jew also. Then they see Him coming in the clouds. The Church all believers Jew and Gentile in the dispensation of Grace/Rapture “listens” for the shout/call in a twinkling of an eye=so fast they will hear spiritually like Lazereth, but too fast to see! People always mixing an applying that to the church. Every things “the Church.”

This is a sample of the “Rules” @ LLM: The Lion and Lamb Ministry First Principle in Bible Study
When we compare the statement of 1 Peter 1:10 , with the statement in Ephesians 3:9 , we at once see the importance of obeying 2 Timothy 2:15 , “rightly dividing the Word of truth.” We are told in 1 Peter 1:10 , that Israel’s prophets foretold the sufferings and glory of Christ. In Ephesians 3:9 we are told that the “Dispensation of the Mystery” and the “unsearchable riches of Christ” were hid in God and not made known to Israel’s prophets. All through the Book of Acts and through the Epistles of Peter, Paul, James and John we must differentiate between that which Israel’s prophets foretold would come to pass, and, that which none of them even hinted would come to pass, “not made known to the sons of men in other ages”; “hidden from generations.” Colossians 1:25-26 , and Ephesians 3:3-5.
So, let’s right now put our thinking caps on. If there has been no change in God’s program since the Epistles were written to the Ephesians and the Colossians, then this is still the Dispensation of the Mystery. This means, that the Dispensation, of that which had been a Mystery until it was revealed by the RISEN glorified Christ to, and through, His Apostle Paul, is what we are still living in today. For the students of the Word of God, for the members of the Body of Christ, there should be nothing mysterious, mystical, or hidden concerning the Dispensation of Grace and the mutual inheritance of Head and members of the joint-Body, (the Body formed of both Jew and Gentile), made alive together, seated together in the highest Heavenlies, constituting the One New Man which God is now making, while His program and purpose concerning Israel have been temporarily PAUSED. Ephesians 1:9-22; Ephesians 2:4-17 . Aside from the Divine preservation of Israel in the world today, God has put on hold His covenants and promises with Israel, AND the other nations, UNTIL He has accomplished that which He purposed in Christ, ages BEFORE He made any covenants, concerning His Nation and their land of promise. 2 Timothy 1:9 ; Ephesians 3:11.
Israel’s hope is identified with the sufferings and glory of Ya-hweh Yahuwshua, The LORD Jesus Christ, foretold by Israel’s prophets, and that hope will be realized when Christ shall be the Son of man on the throne of His glory. Matthew 25:31 . There the twelve Apostles will be seated with Him. Matthew 19:28 . The Son of man is coming in power and great glory, Luke 21:27-31 . He will bring about the restitution of all things. Acts 3:21 . Moses, Samuel, and all of the prophets, spoke of “these days”. Acts 3:24 . “These days” were promised in the covenants. Acts 3:25 . At that time the Christ will govern the Earth from David’s throne. Isaiah 9:6-7.
Now, pay attention, “These days” of Grace, “these days” of the Body of Christ, are NOT “these days” of Israel’s hope, foretold by Moses, Samuel, and others. “These days” (of Grace) were foreordained BEFORE the foundation of the world, but NOT, again I say NOT, foretold by Israel’s prophets. None of the twelve Apostles, in their “Acts” ministry, spoke of these days of Grace. They referred to a hope, and blessings promised by the pen of David, Joel, Amos, Moses, Samuel, and others. Therefore, let us be careful not to confuse prophetic promises with The Mystery. Let us not confuse the Hope of the Body of Christ with Israel’s Hope.
The first part of Philippians 1:10 says, “That Ye May Approve Things that are Excellent”, however, the correct translation of the first command is, “test the things that differ”.

I included this 1st Rule and there’s more to it from LLM because its better Pastor David explain himself then me! LOL I being a women don’t want to teach, esp. “men”!! There’s a great responsibility with teaching and a warning of accountability!! Its not my place! I am only sharing what I believe, but I think you can see what I meant as mixing it all up and applying it to the Grace Church. There is the Church, Assemblies, and synagogues and not to mix them together as the “church.” Rightly dividing the Word of truth. Too many out there mixing it all up and some are very “renown” large organizations. Traditions of men being pushed. Confusing the believers. I’ll end it there 🙂

Lisa too funny! You may be onto something.! LOL

Well, that was an amazing podcast guys. Lots to think about.

One thing I’d contest is that there is nothing new under the sun. Perhaps too literal?
Who knows what went on concerning the Nephilim, but I can’t reconcile some ancient super technology with the evidence that exists concerning agriculture or any other aspect of ancient life.
Surely any advanced technology would be evident in other areas than genetic corruption. But hey, perhaps it explains how Noah pulled off the arc!

Now the coverup of giant’s bones is interesting, something I’d like to look into. Very Indiana Jones. The immensity of such a coverup dwarfs anything I’ve witnessed or read about, and as such makes me question the legitimacy of these news articles… A rabbit hole for another time perhaps.

Look forward to hearing Josh again, I think I’ll pop over to amazon and put his book on my reading list.

    1. Hey Jonny,
Some of the Stone carvings found at Cuzco Peru are pretty interesting. Here’s a video that’s showing of this…

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fc7X27NQm7Q

Also, I think the ancient technology was not combustion based like it is today. I think it had more to do with energetic properties, perhaps something to do with electricity, magnetics, etc.

This is all speculation of course, but I think there’s a reason why we are on a oil based, combustion based form of energy (conspiracy). The fact that Tesla was able to find lots of ways to harness energy that didn’t require oil serves as evidence.

Again, I know it’s speculation but something to consider.

      Blessings

Hi Linda. Sorry, I had to start a new post because the other one already had too many replies for it to allow another one. I am fine with agreeing to disagree, but I really believe there is a lot more agreement here than you are seeing. The whole losing salvation issue, its not something I harp on or teach doctrinally one way or another. I bring it up as a possibility because we know there is going to be a great apostasy some day where people are going to fall away from the faith and truth…for one to fall from the truth they must have it to begin with. Also anyone who accepts the mark of the beast is thrown into the lake of fire, Christian or not. Now some people interpret all that as referring to only unbelievers. I respectfully disagree and at least allow for the possibility that believers are included, even evidenced by the definition of apostasy as meant in the Greek. Now again, you don’t have to believe that, and I’m not even sure I am 100% correct anyway, a fact I always make known any time it gets brought up. If we only limit ourselves to talk about things we are absolutely sure of, how are we supposed to teach about anything prophetic? We know the prophecies but if we are honest we don’t know exactly how they will pan out all the time. Now with losing salvation, I say in extreme circumstance it MIGHT be possible. You say it is impossible. That’s fine, we both gave scriptural evidence and both have made our case, so I agree with you that the best course of action is to just agree to disagree and leave it at that without making this unpleasant or ugly.

Jonny, those are some very interesting thoughts and ideas. I tend to take the Bible literal when necessary, so for me personally I do not believe it is taking it too literal, but I understand how some might think that. As far as the physical evidence, that is definitely a mystery. Much of it could have been destroyed in the flood, and the little that remains, I believe it is possible it is being covered up, such as the giant bones you mentioned. There have been a lot of books written on that topic, of the cover up of giant remains and other things concerning the Nephilim. Genesis Six Giants by Steve Quayle comes to mind. Thank you again for your comments and interesting ideas 🙂 Take care and God bless!

  8. I love you Linda 🙂 Amen to almost everything you said 🙂

  9. the Truth is stranger than fiction...

I don’t know about anyone else, but one of the verses touching on this topic of salvation that is sure sobering. is Hebrews 6:4-8

4 It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age 6 and who have fallen [c] away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace. 7 Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed receives the blessing of God. 8 But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless and is in danger of being cursed. In the end it will be burned.

good interview – i would suggest he look at pre-wrath rapture in his search for answers. Chris white lays it out pretty simply in a youtube video:

  11. Just for yuks…
Concerning the part in Genesis 6:4 “…and also after that…”
If we can trace Nephilim bloodlines back to the Sons of Noah – specifically Ham – I say that’s why “Ham” isn’t kosher!
    Hee-hee!!
    GREAT SHOW GUYS!!

  12. BTW – LOVED the interview with Josh! Really on the money guys. You’re doing your part to get the Truth out there with these hot topics & spiritually enlightened guests. I know our Father is pleased with your unwavering dedication to deliver each message with compassion, grace & humor! Big blessings coming your way!!
    Lisa out

  13. Linda

Danny Amen! Also we enter Christ’s body an organic fusion if you will. We become part of His Body He being the head. I can’t recall a body member saying I’m out of here I’ve had enough! No one who understands who Jesus is and receives what He has done for them could ever walk away, but someone saying they are a Christian and only has head knowledge could easily give up and turn away; the HS does not reside in them and they are not sealed with the HS as “earnest” until called up, or death delivers him/her to the purchaser! I got an email today I’d like to share; it was a timely msg. God is faithful to help us out 🙂 will be tomorrow it’s late.

This is long, but very important when studying the word of truth; Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth:
The Five Groups Addressed from Matthew to Revelation

Now, it is of the utmost importance, in your study of the Bible, that you all become fully aware and learn of this very important fact…The Fact that from the first chapter of Matthew to the last chapter of Revelation 5, FIVE, different groups or classes of people are addressed. And here they are:
    1) To unsaved Israelites who were under the Law.
    2) To saved Israelites who were under the Law before they became members of the Body of Christ.
    3) To unsaved Gentiles who were aliens from the Commonwealth of Israel, and not under the Law.
    4) To carnal saints and babes who were members of the Body of Christ.
    5) To those who were of full age, called “the faithful in Christ Jesus.”
The words of the Lord Jesus, in Matthew 15:24 and Matthew 10:5-8 , should be self explanatory. Christ definitely declared that He Himself was sent ONLY to the lost sheep of the House of Israel, and instructed the twelve apostles, just as definitely, to go NOT in the way of the Gentiles; but rather to the lost sheep of the House of Israel.
The LORD Jesus Christ, was sent to Israel with a two-fold message; that is, to present “the Kingdom of Heaven” to the Nation with its rulers, and to offer salvation to individual Israelites.
In Matthew 8:12 , Christ called the Israelites, both saved AND unsaved, “the children of the kingdom.” In John 8:37 He said to the unsaved Israelites, “ye are the seed of Abraham.” In Acts 3:25 Peter addressed the unsaved Israelites as “the children of the covenant.” In Luke 1:16 and Luke 1:80 we read that John the Baptist appeared to Israel. In John 1:31 we read that John the Baptist baptized with water THAT Christ might be made manifest to Israel, (NOW you know why baptism was introduced, but this has NOTHING to do with the Body of Christ). In Acts 11:1-8 we learn that some of the twelve apostles contended with Peter because he preached to an uncircumcised Gentile, about seven years after Christ died. From all of this and many other Scriptures, we should know the significance of the statement, in Romans 15:8 , that Jesus Christ was a Minister of the Circumcision, and should know that, from Matthew 1:1 to Acts 11:18 , God’s order was “to the Jew only.” However, in Acts 11:18 we read that God did something for the Gentiles.
Some of the messages in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Acts, were addressed to unsaved Israelites, or Jews, and some of them were addressed to saved Israelites or Jews. Surely we must consider this if we would intelligently interpret and apply these Scriptures, right? For, if we don’t we will just continue in the confusion that has resulted in all of the denominations of today.
In Galatians 1:11-18 we learn that the Apostle Paul was chosen by the Risen Christ, by a special revelation from heaven,(added by me-Hidden in GOD Before the Foundations of the World) to preach the Grace of Christ to heathen. The Apostle Paul tells us of his call to go to the Gentiles, in Acts 22:17-21 , and Romans 15:16 . In many respects the Gospel of Grace message that Paul proclaimed to Gentiles, not under the Law, differed from the Gospel of the Kingdom messages that Christ and the Twelve proclaimed to saved and unsaved Israelites. Therefore, to preach many of the messages of Matthew, Mark, Luke and the first nine chapters of Acts to the Gentiles not under the law, is to pervert God’s Gospel of Grace to Gentiles.
In applying the truth of Matthew, Mark and Luke, and the truth in the first nine chapters of Acts to Gentiles, whether saved or unsaved, we must keep in mind the particular group of people that is addressed in the Scriptures we are studying. Many messages which the LORD’s servants ( me-Servants=Jews) proclaimed to backslidden Israel are not intended by God to be included in the salvation message of Christ for Gentiles, not under the Law. We should keep in mind the statements, concerning these Gentiles, in many different verses, for instance read the second chapter of Ephesians, as well as Ephesians 4:18 . In these verses we learn that the Gentiles, to whom the Apostle Paul preached the Gospel of the Grace of God, were strangers from the covenants, aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, alienated from the life of God, and dead in trespasses and sins.
Surely any preacher who preaches to such people, “bring forth meat for repentance,” the message which the LORD gave to John the Baptist for Israel, is out of the will of God. A dead man alienated from the life of God, could not bring forth fruit. But he could be made alive without doing anything. Ephesians 2:4-8 . Romans 6:23 .
Ok, so, so far we have dealt with the first three classes of people…unsaved Israelites who were under the Law, saved Israelites who were under the Law before they became members of the Body of Christ, and unsaved Gentiles who were aliens from the Commonwealth of Israel, and not under the Law. Now, here are the fourth and the fifth classes.
    Group 4
    1 Corinthians 3:2-3
“I have fed you with milk, and not with meat; for hitherto ye were not able to hear it, neither yet now are ye able. For ye are yet carnal; for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?”
    Group 5
    Ephesians 1:1 and Ephesians 4:13-14
“Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus.” And, “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.” (notice they are not servants, but children) (me)
These Scriptures should convince any student of the Bible that Paul would never have written to the carnal Corinthians what he wrote to the faithful saints in Ephesus. Let us note the last three verses of Hebrews 5 , which we quote:
    Hebrews 5:12-14
“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the Word of righteousness; for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their sense exercised to discern both good and evil.”
Here in this portion of scripture we are told of the two classes, within the Body of Christ: members of the Body of Christ who could take only the milk of the Word, God’s truth for babes; and those who were of full age who could understand the deep things or the meat of God’s Word.
In 1 Peter 2:2 we learn that the new born babes should have the milk of the Word. Note this verse, “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.”
Now, you must keep in mind at all times, the saints in Corinth were just as much saints as were the saints in Ephesus. The difference was, the saints at Corinth were carnal and unable to take the strong meat which we find in the Apostle Paul’s messages to the Ephesians and Colossians. Of course the “full-age” saints will feed on the milk as well as on the meat. But strong meat belongeth to saints of full age and carnal saints must limit themselves to a milk diet.
A love for religion, ritualism, or sectarianism (denominations), will keep a saint carnal just as much as a love of the world. Read that sentence over and over again. The Corinthians were sectarians. The Ephesians and Colossians accepted the Divine Truth of Ephesians 4:3-6 concerning the One Body, the One Lord, and the ONE BAPTISM.
    ***
In Ephesians 1:13 the Holy Spirit through the Apostle Paul declares that men are saved and sealed by hearing and BELIEVING the Word of Truth, the Gospel of your Salvation. Therefore, here, now, is declared unto you the Word of Truth, the Gospel of your Salvation: “that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 . BELIEVE today. The time is short.
    So There You Have it!
Spread this message to everyone you know, far and wide.
Grace be to you and peace, from God: our Father, and The LORD Jesus Christ.
    In The LORD Jesus Christ,
    The Lion and Lamb Ministry
    Pastor David Picos, D.D.
Minister and Ambassador for Christ in the Ministry of Reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18-20 )

When you understand which group you are in (Paul’s Church the Church of Grace a special dispensation and calling by GOD) you don’t get confused about keeping and loosing your salvation. In the end you must study the word of GOD, understand who’s being talked to and by whom and when and Believe that word (Faith comes by hearing…) and Repent Grk. Metanoia, a change of mind and receive your Salvation by Faith.
This one of “The Rules” teaching I mentioned. The First Rule Test Things that Differ! Sixth Rule “This Is That”: ex. Should the Child of God today preach what Peter and the Eleven preached to Israel on the day of Pentecost, or what Peter preached eight years later to Cornelius? NO! Should the messenger of the Gospel of the Grace of God be preaching, with the approval of God (that’s the key), “repent and be baptized for the remission of sins?” NO! Should Christian Pastors, and Preachers, be preaching to individual Gentiles today what Peter preached to the Nation Israel, in Acts 3:19-26 ? NO! This is where I’m coming from when I say some of the things I have said. 🙂 LLM studies. We need to get this right because there’s a dying world out there who needs Everlasting Salvation! I knew this teaching was available, but hadn’t time to dig and GOD brought it to my attention the very next day! PTL!

  15. Esther

I used to get sleep paralysis ALL the time, it is AWFUL, terifying experience. I would feel something sitting on me or sitting on my bed looking at me. I especially got them around the time when I first got saved. I eventually spent a day praying and asking God to show me anything in my life that could be an open door to the enemy. I ended up throwing out most of my music library, most of my DVD’s, a lot of books and some other things. I asked God to close the doors that these had left open in my life and the paralysis never happened again.

  16. And I don’t know if I addressed this in my other post: I believe the apostasy is falling away of those of false profession. For scripture says “Those who went out from us were not of us”.

    1. Why has my other post not showed up. It was a lengthy post.
