BACK IN FEBRUARY 2012, Futurequake, one of the original radio programs for alternative Christian media ended a seven year tenure with their 300th episode. Just a month later, two random guys from Southern California decided to start their own show in a feeble attempt to fill the void. Some two years and 66 episodes later, the mastermind behind Futurequake has come out of the woodworks to join Basil and Gonz on Canary Cry Radio. Dr. Mike Bennett, more commonly known as Doctor Future, has been deep undercover working on his magnum opus; a five book series on the topic of the Holy War. In this episode, Doctor Future reveals details about his books, how the research has been coming along, and what he plans to do as he gets ready to release these writings. He also shares some dark moments in history that many are probably not familiar with.

Doctor Future received his Ph.D in Engineering in 2003, and served as a leader in a military lab for 16 years, developing protection technologies and other weird science contraptions. Since 2003, he’s operated his own company which combines technology development and consulting for military, governmental and commercial organizations, with his own in-house development of novel protection technologies. He was the main host of Futurequake from 2005 to 2012 with shows that aired on AM radio, as well as the internet. His interests include strange psychedelic, hot rod, and surf music, and all-electric cars which runs on 120 volts from ten car batteries and an 85-hp motor. He’s also made three movies with his movie production company which sparked fandom from all over the world. But most importantly, his passion for the Gospel and knowledge of Bible Prophecy and all things about the Future made this discussion one of the best Canary Cry Radio has ever seen.

Hey Basil & Gonz: I appreciate your good works in the name of the Lord. I look forward to listening to your interview with Dr. Future. I was a big fan of Future Quake and miss the show. I am also anticipating your youtube release of the ‘Age of Deceit 2’ video. I think when the Bible states that in the end times the sealed portion of the Book would be opened up for understanding this refers to the work that you guys, LA, Chuck Missler, Gary Stearman, Tom Horn and so many others are now doing.

I am a Pittsburgh Police Officer and there are a few of us who believe we are entering the end times.

Keep up the good work and God Bless,

    Steve

…that voice and sense of humor. That interview with Dr. Future made for the fastest 1 hour commute in history. Come back to the mic, Doc Bennett!!

  3. I agree with Dr. Future, you guys should move to Tennessee.

Going on the tech vibe that’s been talked on for a while, Facebook just bought, what gamers have been looking at as the next step in virtual reality, Oculus Rift. This peripheral was, and is, beginning to be supported in the next generation of computer games.

I’m not sure if you’re aware, but the Xbox One, Microsoft’s newest gaming console, has a camera and image recognition system (Kinect) that even detects a person’s heartbeat.

Couple the news of the NSA and all of the information collection with that of Microsoft, and now Facebook’s acquisition, and it’s starting to paint a worrying picture for gamers.

I hope you guys have a show on gaming some day. There’s a lot to talk about with it, going from the occult in the games themselves and the technology evolving from them and for them.

Awwwww man!! That was the best show yet! You guys got the Doc outta hiding. He really embodies what it means to be a christian and walk like Christ. His humility and love just oozes out of him. And I dont think anyone can compose a more concise and articulate sentence than Dr. Future.

I miss him n Tom but you guys are doing a great job of keeping that torch lit. Keep it up. May God bless you for everything ur doing for the kingdom

Wow… the song was terrific! I had to play it twice… and will probably listen to it again. Can’t wait for the rest of the album to come out! 🙂 BTW… who was the 3rd voice? I didn’t think it was Dr. Future…. was it Basil again?

Mind blowing episode…best one for sure. What a solid guest, I can’t sing the praises of that guy enough. The books he’s writing sounds fantastic.
I think the doc is right- you guys probably are at the top of the list for alternative Christian talk radio…. I hope you don’t jump the shark!
Btw all the effort you put into the production quality of the shows really shows and I think contributes heavily to it being so well regarded.
Get that guy back on your show again!
