CCR 076: Quantum Creation with Josh Peck

SCIENCE AND RELIGION have appeared to be at odds for the better part of two centuries. But is there really a divide, or is such a notion illusory? Robert Jastrow, an American astronomer, physicist, cosmologist, and one of NASA’s leading scientists and futurists once stated, “For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountain of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.”  The reality is that the Bible, while not a science book, did speak many truths into the nature of creation.

In this episode, Josh Peck returns to talk about his new book, Quantum Creation: Does the Supernatural Lurk in the Fourth Dimension. One of the strangest phenomena discussed and observed in science is that of Quantum Physics. The mysterious properties of the world of Quanta have sparked numerous esoteric and occult derivations in an attempt to describe the nature of reality. Meanwhile, Christians who have discussed the issue and have tried to display the truth of God’s fingerprints all over the world of Quantum Creation often are labelled heretical for even trying to reconcile the two fields of study. It takes a brave soul to tackle this issue and that’s exactly what Josh Peck has done with Quantum Creation. While exploring the topic, Josh discovered that there are many instances where main stream films and explanations adopt a gnostic perspective in an attempt to explain the strange phenomena, while completely ignoring Biblical passages that fit the observable evidence. In this discussion, Basil and Gonz dive into it with Josh Peck, as they explore the ever minuscule world of the Quantum Creation.

I just listened to your interview with Josh Peck and I think you should clarify that he is not using his tax deductible 5013C to pay for his personal medical expenses that he could probably get into a lot of trouble if you didn’t do that

    1. Hi YoSup,

Thank you for your comment. Just to clarify, we are not 501c3 and any donations given won’t be able to be claimed on the taxes of those who donate. Thank you for your concern, it is good to have that cleared up. Take care and God bless!

I’ve just received this book and am enjoying it immensely!!! Fascinating and easy to understand. That such knowledge is available and coming to the forefront, really makes me believe that we are on the verge of something apocryphal. Thank you Josh, for a fascinating read! Thanks to Canary Cry Radio, and Dr. Future, who led me to Futurequake Southern Hemisphere, where I found out about Quantum Creation.

Thanks for helping me think outside the cage!

    1. You are very welcome, so glad you enjoyed 🙂 take care and God bless!

I had to laugh while listening to this as I am currently reading “Flatland” (Edwin A. Abbott) and Chris White’s, “Supernatural Worldview.” Now, I think I need to add Josh’s book to the list. There is just not enough time in the day!! (Or is there?… I could continuously travel back an hour and read another chapter.) Anyway, great job as usual guys.

    1. There is no such thing as coincidence 🙂 By the way, I think you mean Cris Putnam…Chris White is the one who recently wrote a book on sleep paralysis and handles a lot of the debunking research, such as debunking ancient aliens. Both are very good researchers and authors though, I can understand mixing them up. Thank you for the comment, take care and God bless!

Doh!! You are completely right, Josh. I mistyped my authors. I have Chris White on the shelf for whenever I complete my current reading list.

I always enjoy your show! Here’s a thought; What if the biblical description of the trinity, is in fact a 3 dimensional description of something of a higher dimension. And that’s why we have such a hard time wrapping our brains around the “3 separate, yet one”.

    1. I can definitely see that as a possibility and is something I have talked about with other researchers behind closed doors, haha. It is a very interesting idea, albeit a controversial one. However, I do believe there is merit there, absolutely. Thank you for the insight. Take care and God bless!

…And the basic idea of Philosophy of Mathematics may have something to do with this: 1+1 is not 2, but it’s 3. Why? Because it is not 1 and 1. + is ignored by the applied Maths as an idea of ‘mixing’ . When you mix one thing with another, which is the 1st with the 2nd, you get something 3rd. Therefore, Philosophically, the essence of number 2, is in fact 3. Then it goes on with the following numbers.
        God Bless!!!

I just posted a comment. It doesn’t show. The system said I sent the duplicate, but there is NOTHINF, let alone the duplicate. Why to complicate ???? It was something interesting, and I’ll not bother, it’s my knowledge anyway.

AAAAAAA now it is waiting for moderation, but this wasn’t mentioned for a while. Who has time for all this. I am bothering for the last time, so you would know, that this tech. ‘complications’ put off many people. And don’t even think of replying, that what I wrote is basics, I know it is, but I also know, how rigid the advanced scientists can be, when they forget to CONCIDER ‘basics’.

    Awesome episode!
He gave a really explanation of string theory that I could understand

I’ve got hooked on your episodes courtesy of SkyWatch TV. I watch them on my phone at lunch. I’m working my way forward from your earliest Podcast. I am really impressed by your guests, as well as you and your wife. I haven’t started Quantum Creation yet but I am deeply interested in 2 Esdras (or the Ancient Apocrypha of Ezra by Ken Johnson). I’ve got two of your books now that I’ll read after I finish Ken Johnson’s book on 2 Ezra and his book on Enoch. I guess you could say I’m a practical physicist, that is a mechanical engineer by degree and experience.
